Guest Students

Guest students are students who are not planning on earning a degree from OU and are remaining with their home or parent institution. You must apply to OU as a guest student. An incorrect application may delay processing.

Please submit the following for certification:

• Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
• A Request for VA Enrollment Certification Form. Contact veterans@dektinary.com for this form.
• A parent letter from your current school’s certifying official
